以前からニコ動用お知らせとしてニコニコ動画のブロマガを使用していたんですが、秋以降使用できなくなるとのことで立ち絵配布のお知らせ/利用規約などこちらに移させていただきます。
支部の方に投稿した際簡単な注意事項は載せていきますが。

MMD関連ですごく勉強になる記事が多いのでブロマガがなくなるとめちゃくちゃ困るんですよねぇ。でも運営の方針なので仕方がありませんが。
